I. Source of personal data

Personal data processed by SITEL Control S.a.s. are collected from the subjects or at the legal office of SITEL Control S.a.s.

II. Data controller

Data controller is SITEL Control S.a.s., with legal and operative office sited in Via delle Industrie, 7 - 20851 Lissone (Mb)-Italy.

III. Purposes of data processing

Personal data are processed within the normal activity of issuing and managing payments and collections (in addition to related and instrumental activities) and for the following purposes:

1 Purposes strictly connected and finalized to the management of relations with the interested party (for example: acquisition of preliminary information to conclude contracts, execution of operations on the basis of obligations deriving from the contract concluded with the interested party, etc.);

2 Purposes connected to the obligations deriving from laws, regulations and community legislation, as well as provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law and by supervisory and control bodies.

IV. Recipients of personal data

For the performance of part of its activities, SITEL Control S.a.s. is also aimed at external parties. To this end, the personal data of the interested party can be communicated to the following categories of subjects:

1 Subjects involved in carrying out work necessary for the execution of existing relationships with the interested party;

2 Subjects involved in the control and optimization of the activities of SITEL Control S.a.s., (e.g. auditing firm and consultants), for the control of financial risk and fraud, or for the recovery of receivables.

3 The subjects that carry out the types of activities mentioned above, to whom the data may be communicated, will use the data themselves as "responsible", pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. Naturally, the procedures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of personal data remain unchanged. A list of these subjects is available at the headquarters of SITEL Control S.r.l .;

4 To answer and satisfy every customer request and for any technical or organizational communications;

5 Organizing and conducting events and events, including promotional events;

6 For sending information or promotional communications, including commercial, advertising material and/or offers and services by post, internet, telephone, e-mail, SMS, instant messaging systems, by SITEL Control S.a.s., or of physical and/or legal entities that collaborate in commercial activities with the same;

7 Marketing purposes where the user has expressed specific and free consent (art.7 GDPR).

V. Dissemination of personal data

Personal data are not subject to disclosure.

VI. Categories of data processed

The data processed by SITEL Control S.a.s., are personal (for example, personal, fiscal, communication and availability).

VII. Data transfer to a third country

The data processed for the purposes indicated above may be transferred to other countries belonging to the European Union.

VIII. Data retention period

The data processed will be kept for the minimum period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. In particular, data with fiscal relevance will be kept for the time provided for by the current national legislation (to date, 10 years); At the end of this period, the data will be rendered anonymous or deleted if technically possible.

IX. Lawfulness, nature of the conferment and consequences of a possible refusal

The provision of data is a contractual obligation and essential to pursue the purposes of the treatment indicated above in points IV-1, IV-2, IV-3. Failure to provide data of the interested party would in fact make it impossible to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract, as well as by legislative provisions. The treatment, pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR, is aimed at the execution of a contract to which the party concerned is a party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the party concerned or part of or execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same; to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject. The provision of personal data is optional for the purposes set out in points IV-4, IV-5, IV-6, IV7 and the refusal of consent does not imply any consequence.

X. Data processing methods in relation to the indicated purpose

The processing of personal data, in compliance with the law and the obligations of confidentiality, takes place through manual processing, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same data (also in the case of use of remote communication techniques).

XI. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to ask the data controller to access their personal data (art.15 GDPR), their correction (art.16 GDPR), their cancellation (art.17 GDPR), the limitation of their treatment (art.18 GDPR), also has the right to oppose their processing and to request their portability (Article 20 GDPR) by contacting: SITEL Control S.a.s., Via delle Industrie, 7 – sales@sitelcontrol.it. The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data. The use of automated decision-making processes, including the profiling referred to in Article 22 of the GDPR, is not envisaged.
